How much will it cost to ship my order?
In Australia, freight is $12 per order, regardless of size.

What happens if an item is out of stock after Ive placed my order?
Most of the time, we will replace it with a similar plant. If no similar plant is in stock we will minus it from your order.
Is it safe to use my credit card here?
Yes! We utilise industry standard encryption to ensure your personal and credit card details remain confidential. At no time do we transmit insecure personal information over the Internet.
What credit cards do you accept?
We accept MasterCard, Visa and American Express.
What will my credit card statement show?
Your credit card will be billed in Australian dollars and your statement will report your purchase simply as being from Aquatic Dreams Aquariums.
How will you ship my order?
All live plant orders are wrapped in wet newspaper and packed with ice pack. We either ship items through Australian Air Express or Australia Post Express.
What happens to the deliveries if I live in a Regional Area?
We send order out to regional areas via Australian Air Express and may take up to 3 working days to receive.
When do you ship orders out?
All orders are shipped on Wednesdays. If a public holiday falls in that week, orders may be delayed by 1 day.
Do you ship to...?
From this store, we ship to Australia only, excluding Western Australia and Tasmania.
Do you allow Pickups?
No, at this stage we are only internet based.
What if I'm not home?
All shipments will be instructed to be left at the premises.
Australia Post cant guarantee that their couriers will leave the parcel behind, if this happens, please collect the item at your nearest Australia Post Office.
Australian Air Express deliveries will be left at your premises if you are not home. If you believe that the parcel will be unsafe to leave at your premises, please leave an alternative delivery address (eg Work address).
